BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Police are looking for anyone who might have information on an overnight shooting that happened around 3 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.
Police say a dispute broke out between at least two people at Kings Court on Delaware Avenue. They say a male suspect pulled a gun from his vehicle and shot at 24 year old Demario Castricone of Buffalo, grazing him.
A security guard, 30 year old Jamie Burgess of Buffalo, was also grazed when shot at while attempting to break up the argument.
Both individuals were transported to ECMC where Burgess was later released. Castricone is listed in stable condition.
Police say the suspect fled in a dark or grey Jeep Cherokee.
