Greenhurst, NY (WIVB) - Early Sunday morning, State Police and Ellicott Police units responded to a bar in Greenhurst for a report of a disorderly man.
Police say that Donald Paulson, 21 years old, of Greenhurst, became unruly when the bartender refused to serve him due to his intoxication level.
As Paulson left the bar he allegedly hit the door, causing damage to the window frame and then once outside, picked up a large planter urn and threw it through the front four foot by eight foot window.
The planter urn landed in close proximity of bar patrons, and although some were struck by the exploding glass, no injuries were reported.
Paulson was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree (felony), two counts of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, two counts of Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana after a bag containing seven grams of marijuana was located in his possession while being searched.
Paulson was then transported to the State Police Barracks in Jamestown where he was processed, arraigned in the Town of Ellery Court, and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
