NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police in Niagara Falls are releasing photos of the man who robbed the M&T Bank branch on Main Street Friday afternoon.
Authorities say at 12:40 p.m., the man walked into the bank and handed a teller a threatening note demanding money. Though no weapon was displayed, the teller handed over the cash and the man fled. It is unknown if he fled on foot or if a vehicle was involved in the crime.
The suspect is described as a black man around 6 feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing a white T-shirt, black knee-length shorts, dark sunglasses, and a Pittsburgh Steelers ball cap.
