SOUTH DAYTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - A teenager was spotted returning pop cans at a grocery store last week, that he allegedly stole from a South Dayton home.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says a 17-year-old Kennedy man was arrested for petit larceny after he allegedly stole the cans from a home on Oak Street.
The teen was released to his parents and is due back in South Dayton Court.
