HOLLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Cheektowaga man was arrested Saturday night while his 15-year-old daughter was in the vehicle. State Police say they stopped 42-year-old Mark Pastwick on Route 16 in the Town of Holland after they observed his vehicle crossing the double yellow line and the fog line on the road.
Police say Pastwick showed signs of possible alcohol impairment, they performed roadside sobriety tests determined he was drunk. He was arrested and supplied a breath sample which revealed a .16 percent blood alcohol content, twice the legal limit.
State Police say his 15-year-old daughter was a front seat passenger in the vehicle. He was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI with a child passenger less than 16, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and several traffic violations.
