LOCKPORT, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three houses, with the homeowners asleep inside, were burglarized overnight in the City of Lockport.
Police say homes on Franklin Street, Erie Street and High Street were accessed by open ground floor windows and unlocked doors. Authorities are hoping the public may have seen suspicious activity during the overnight hours.
Some potential suspects were seen on High Street. Police described them as a thin, younger black male under six feet tall dressed in all black and a thin, younger white male under six feet tall dressed in all black.
Anyone with information should call 433-7700 to speak to detectives or call 439-6707 to leave a confidential tip.
