JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three people were arrested in Jamestown on Thursday after police received a tip about marijuana inside a home on West 11th Street.
Officers responded to the home around 5 p.m. and while speaking with the occupants noted several indications that marijuana was being used. Police obtained a search warrant and went into the home, finding a quantity of marijuana inside.
Terrance Austin, 63; Jordan Austin, 22; and Lesley Knight, 59, were all arrested and charged with third degree criminal possession of marijuana. All were being held in Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
