WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - West Seneca Police made two arrests after an adult chat line investigation. Police say 59-year-old Robert M. Wozniak, of Cheektowaga, and 25-year-old Amber L. Kwasniewski, of Buffalo, would meet victims through chat lines, and set up dates.
Police say Kwasniewski would show up at dates, with Wozniak as her driver. Wozniak would allegedly claim to be an undercover police office or an angry father of the supposed underage Kwasniewski, to extort money from the victims.
Wozniak and Kwasniewski are both charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny extortion and criminal impersonation of a police officer. Wozniak was also charged with promoting prostitution and Kwasniewski was charged with prostitution.
