ARCADE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man whose license has been revoked for nearly 21 years was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony aggravated DWI.
Arcade Police pulled Engleburt Unterburger, 42, of Delevan over and found him to be intoxicated. Unterburger hasn't had a valid license since August 1992 and authorities say he has three current revocations for alcohol-related offenses. He's also been convicted of felony DWI - twice.
Unterburger has been charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.
He was taken to the Wyoming County Jail without bail.
