In the statement, the 23-year-old woman describes what she went through one day after she was allegedly drugged by Alessi inside the gym he co-owned at the time. News 4 has learned that Alessi left the business after the allegations were revealed last year.
WARNING | The statements are graphic
The woman wrote she tried a green drink she was given by Alessi. She says, "I started to feel dizzy and kind of had blurred vision. I felt a mixture of hot and sweaty, tense. sleepy and couldn't open my eyes." Her "hands were cringing and felt paralyzed."
She continued that she sat helpless in Alessi's office after all the children had left the gym. She and Alessi were the only two left in the building. The victim says Alessi told her he put an aphrodisiac in the drink that would make her feel "very stimulated," especially in her "private area."
According to the statement Alessi told her a so-called "funny story" that he drank the same concoction and felt "incredibly aroused."
Throughout the entire conversation, the victim writes she felt sick to her stomach. All the while, she writes, Alessi "put my hand on his face" saying "look I need to shave."
She explains she felt a "tugging at her shirt" and he was "looking down it." The woman wrote Alessi left the office and when he returned she had tears running down her face.
According to the report, Alessi eventually drove the woman home. In a handwritten response, he wrote "some people claimed [the drink] had an aphrodisiac effect" and that he had used the drink for several months, only feeling a calming effect and a slight intoxication.
He also claimed the powder was meant to help the victim lose weight. But State Police say lab tests confirmed the substance given to the victim was in fact GHB.
Alessi faces three charges, two of which are felonies. He pleaded not guilty Thursday night in Clarence Town Court.
He's due back in court in August.
