ELMA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 20-year-old man was arrested shortly after 1 a.m. Friday and charged with drunk driving.
Erie County Sheriff's deputies say they witnessed Ryan Manuella weaving over the fog line on Clinton Street in Elma while on patrol. Manuella was stopped, and deputies determined the Cheektowaga man was intoxicated. His BAC was reportedly .14 percent.
Manuella was arrested and charged with DWI, failing to keep right, and an inspection violation.
A passenger in his vehicle was charged with having an open container.
Both Manuella and his passenger were later released pending upcoming court dates.
