WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Wellsville Police made several arrests Friday of four men from Coudersport and Wellsville.
Marcus Root, 26, of Coudersport was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, unregistered motor vehicle and operating without insurance. He was placed into custody and later released on an appearance ticket following a traffic stop on South Main Street.
Village police arrested George Delong, 36, and charged the Wellsville man with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd. He was processed and arraigned in village court where he was later released.
Rodney Nelson, 32, of Wellsville was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance on or near school grounds and criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th. He was processed and arraigned in village court where he was committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $15000 bail to return at a later date.
The final arrest was made to Jose Maisonetjr, 33, who was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket.
