LANCASTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - One of the several arrests made during the State Police DWI saturation patrol Sunday resulted in a Leandra's Law charge.
Police say a Buffalo woman was driving on Transit Road, in Lancaster, when she was stopped for failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and no front license plate. State Police say there was a 12-year-old passenger in the vehicle.
According to police, 45-year-old Sheila R. Eberhard took a breath test that resulted in a .22 percent BAC, almost three times the legal limit.
Eberhard was charged with felony aggravated DWI. She will answer the charges in Town of Lancaster Court.
