SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A woman was arrested Wednesday night, after a bizarre situation in Salamanca.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says 20-year-old Sydney Doxtator let two thirteen year olds drive a vehicle to run errands in the City of Salamanca.
Police say it was discovered that two juveniles were driving, without an adult in the car, after a traffic stop.
Doxtator was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, and is expected be arraigned Thursday morning.
