HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies charged three people with violating the open container law ordinance and one woman with urinating in public on Labor Day.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office was on patrol in the Sunset Bay Beach Club parking lot on Monday just before 7 p.m. when deputies saw three people gathered around a pickup truck. Each had open containers and one woman was urinating.
Authorities ticketed 23-year-old Brittany Wall, 21-year-old Megan Williams, both of Depew, and 22-year-old C.J. Zaporowski of Elma for having an open container in a public place.
Williams was additionally charged with disorderly conduct for urinating.
