BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo woman accused of killing her boyfriend faced arraignment Wednesday morning.
Fifty-four-year-old Darlene Benson - Seay is charged with first-degree manslaughter. Police say she stabbed her boyfriend 59-year-old Ronald Wilson in the chest last month, killing him.
Benson Seay faces a maximum sentence of 25 years behind bars.
In September Chief of Detectives Dennis J. Richards said, "The two were involved in an altercation, which was fueled by alcohol and drug use, which ultimately resulted in the loss of a life."
