HANOVER, N.Y. (WIVB) - Late Sunday night, deputies stopped a drunk driver who was going the wrong direction down a one-way street.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says deputies stopped 26-year-old David Rich of West Seneca around 9 p.m. on South Shore Drive in the Town of Hanover for going the wrong way. Authorities say Rich was intoxicated and charged him with DWI and driving the wrong direction down a one-way street.
Rich was released on appearance tickets and is due back in court at a later date.
