BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - News 4 has learned former Buffalo Sabre Matthew Barnaby's domestic violence case was not in court, as scheduled, Wednesday.
Barnaby's case has been moved to Integrated Domestic Violence Court.
There is no date set yet.
Barnaby was arrested Friday, when Amherst Police responded to an alleged non violent domestic incident between him, his estranged wife and another man.
Police say no physical contact was made but there was serious property damage.
