SNYDER, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Williamsville market and bakery has moved into a larger location in Snyder.
"Farmers and Artisans" welcomed customers to their new 2200-square foot facility on Main Street on Saturday. The market features locally and regionally produced eggs and dairy products, including artisan cheeses.
Another store moved out of the spot after a fire there about a year and a half ago. This business is happy to get a chance at this location.
Julie Blackman said, "We're close to a lot of wonderful families, who are stopping in and gathering up their items, kids after school, so it's been a great experience so far. We're happy to be here."
The family that operates "Farmers and Artisans" also owns the Blackman Homestead Farm in Lockport. The owners also buy products from other small producers and growers.
