BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Congressman Brian Higgins is giving Bass Pro Outdoor Stores 14days to sign the lease agreement on Buffalo's waterfront, or hewill insist that the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation moveforward without Bass Pro's involvement.
Higgins says, Buffalo is running out of patience and that BassPro has had the lease agreement now for two months.
A letter went out Monday to Bass Pro CEOJohnny Morris and Bass Pro President Jim Hagle.
