AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - A judge in Amherst has postponed the verdict in connection with a serious injury hit-and-run crash.
36-year-old John Pieri is accused of criminal solicitation. The judge set the verdict for November 18.
Police say Pieri told Andrea Glinski to keep driving after her vehicle hit Amy Stewart and Rachel Baird near Daemen College in March 2009. Both women suffered serious injuries.
Glinski is serving one to three years in prison.
