City officials give an update on the clean-up situation in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - City officials are updating News 4 on the current weather clean-up situation.
Last night and overnight hours were used to salt and treat main and secondary roads.

As of 9 a.m. Sunday, plow crews are salting and treating side streets. A spokesperson for the city still asks motorists to use caution.

Buffalo's Forestry Department responded to just two tree calls, both coming Saturday afternoon. They have already been addressed.

The Department of Public Works reports two street lights fell during the storm, one at Broadway and Fillmore Avenue and the other at William and Krettner Street. Crews are working to replace both.

Police have no storm injuries to report at this time.
