Samantha Cothran was killed while leaving her 23rd birthday party Saturday. Her friends have no reason to believe she was targeted. Just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Barlow said, "I ran out. I didn't care if people were shooting outside, she's out there."
Barlow says Sam was a determined woman. Playing college basketball and a current pharmacy technician, with aspirations of becoming a pharmacist, but always had time to share with those she loved
"She used to ask me if we spent too much time together. Now I realize it wasn't enough. It wasn't enough time, wish I could spend more time. I didn't know she was going to be laying there on the sidewalk."
