GREECE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A video of Rochester-area middle-schoolers verbally abusing and viciously bullying their 68-year-old bus aide has sparked world-wide outrage.
Brian Klein says his family is saddened and still can't believe what some middle school students in Greece, New York called his mother.
News 4 asked him how he felt when his mother was called a fat troll. Part of his reaction was too graphic to share, but Thursday afternoon he wants to send positive energy out to the millions of supporters that have donated money and sent his mother heartfelt messages, after she was verbally beaten up and bullied.
"You fat [swear word]. Yeah, you're fat dude. You're so fat you take up the whole entire seat," said one student.

School bus aid 68-year-old Karen Klein, a grandmother of eight from outside of Rochester, wiped away tears as middle school students from Greece, New York called her an old fat troll, ugly, poor and even threatened to stab her.
A student said, "Why is there water on your face?"
Karen Klein answered, "I'm crying."
Thursday morning one of Karen's sons Brian Klein spoke with News 4 over the phone.
News 4 asked Brian, "What has your reaction been to everything that's been going on?"
Brian responded, "Probably one word, overwhelmed."
News 4 asked, "What were you thinking as a parent?"
Brian said, "Oh, believe me you don't even want to know."
Brian says his mother has filed harassment charges. He hopes something good can come out of the hate that his mother had to endure.
"One thing I would really hope that would come out of this is maybe these kids would start learning to behave and respect their elders," Brian said.
The YouTube video has gotten national attention and started a heated debate. Thursday morning a father of one of the boys on the bus spoke out.
The father said, "I can't believe my son could treat another human being like that."
The school says the students will be punished and police will be giving an update on their investigation Thursday. Thursday afternoon people from all over the world keep showing their support. A website is raising money , saying it wants Klein to take a vacation with it.
