SILVER CREEK,NY (WIVB) - A car parked in the eastbound lane of Central Avenue in Silver Creek on Saturday led Chautauqua County Sheriff's to arrest a woman for Aggravated DWI and other charges.
Sheriff's deputies say 45-year-old Barbara Ramsey of Irving was inside her parked vehicle in the road. Ramsey was arrested and charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI (BAC of .18 or higher), Aggravated Unlicensed operation if a vehicle in the 1st degree, and Stopping/Standing/Parking on a highway.
Ramsey is scheduled to appear in Village of Silver Creek court to answer the charges at a later date.
