PENDLETON, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Niagara County Sheriff's Office reports that a man has been arrested for driving while intoxicated during a two-vehicle accident that left one man dead Tuesday.
Authorities say that Nathan Morris, 29, was intoxicated when he attempted to back up a pick-up truck with a trailer into a driveway on Bear Ridge Rd. in the town of Pendleton late Tuesday night.
A car driven by Frank Panepento Jr., 60, smashed into Morris' trailer. Panepento, a resident of Lockport, was killed in the accident .
Morris was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Wednesday.
