DUNKIRK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Crews battled a fire in Dunkirk Saturday morning just before 1:30 a.m.
A vacant structure at 157 Point Drive started on fire, which caused neighbors to evacuate due to the close proximity of its exposure.
The fire destroyed the structure and caused exterior damage to 155 and 159 Point Dr. nearby.
No one was injured from the fire. An investigation to determine the cause is underway.
An eight-year-old boy was shot Thursday morning in Cattaraugus County. Officials are at the scene on West Road, in Leon.
