LOCKPORT, NY (WIVB) - The wife of a man who bailed out of his trial for child molestation was arraigned Tuesday on a charge of hindering prosecution.
Diane Turley, 51, of Lilydale was picked up with her husband Paul Turley in Arizona after they skipped town in mid-January.
She is accused of helping her husband Paul Turley who is a convicted child molester.
Turley fled from his trial in Niagara County where he was being tried for abusing two young girls in the 1990's in North Tonawanda.
