LEWISTON, N.Y. (WIVB) - New York State Police responded to the scene of a fatal accident in Lewiston Sunday morning. Three young women, all under the age of 21, were ejected from their vehicle.
Police were called to the area of Walmore Rd. and Mt Hope Rd. for a roll-over accident around 6 a.m. Two Mercy Flight helicopters were also called to the scene.
Jasmin Dubuc, 19, of Niagara Falls was ejected from the 2009 Mazda after it went off the road on a curve. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, 18-year-old Taylor Clause of Lewiston, was flown to Erie County Medical Center. She was listed in critical condition Sunday afternoon. Police say 18-year-old Jasmine Rickard of Sanborn was also flown to the medical center but she was later released.
