A tractor trailer from Alabama arrived Tuesday carrying the jumbo-style wings. Wing King Drew Cerza says that's about half a million chicken wings that will be served this weekend.
"When you've got people coming in from all over the country and the world to visit Buffalo, you've got to make sure you have enough. We never run out of wings, and we always make sure that's a fact," Cerz said.
New this year, visitors will be allowed to purchase merchandise and food tickets with a credit card, and there will be a new vegetarian wing. In all, there will be around 120 different sauces for visitors to try.
