WARASW, N.Y. (WIVB) - A grand jury has charged a Warsaw man with multiple charges after a high-speed pursuit. The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office says the pursuit began in the Village of Warsaw and continued through other jurisdictions.
The sheriff's office says 22-year-old Nathan Hulme was arrested Tuesday on several charges. He faces two felonies, tampering with evidence and first-degree reckless endangerment, and misdemeanor unlawfully fleeing from a police officer and reckless driving. He is also facing two counts of speeding.
Hulme was arraigned in Wyoming County Court and taken to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
