CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A passenger was stopped at the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport on Sunday for carrying around a weapon.
TSA officers stopped the Canadian man when they saw him walking around with a 3-foot Samurai sword in his carry-on.
He told officials he thought that the sword was allowed to be brought onto the plane.
The man surrendered the weapon and was able to catch his flight.
