John Odee told us on the social media site that the Miss Buffalo boat would not let passengers off after docking at Rich Marina.

Mike Hayhurst, the Company president said, "Most people understood, but part of it was because it was late- midnight at the time this all transpired and I was tired. Everybody was tired, tempers were short in some cases; Most people took it in strides."
Hayhurst says that after about 45 minutes of waiting, the boat got to the dock. It took about 45 more minutes to get everyone onto land.
He says the boat goes through the Ferry Street Bridge three times a day and this is the first time it's had trouble opening.
