BYRON, N.Y. (WIVB) - One person is dead after an SUV collided with a pickup truck on Rt. 262 at Chapel Road in the Genesee County Town of Byron.
State Police say at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, 57-year-old Terry Boyce of Alabama was driving an SUV and failed to yield the right of way while turning left onto Rt. 262, T-boning a truck driven by 28-year-old Jeremy Murray of Clarendon. Murray was ejected as he vehicle rolled several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Boyce had minor injuries and was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way.
State Police are continuing to investigate the crash.

Buffalo Police have arrested 26-year-old Nicholas Finnegan of South Buffalo and charged him with pushing Russ Ross to his death.
