WEST VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police want to know if distracted driving led to a fatal crash in the southern tier. The victim was a teenager who just graduated from high school. Another victim is in critical condition.

Three men were in the pickup truck Schroeder crashed into, two of them were treated and released at Erie County Medical Center. James Heidrich is still in serious condition in the trauma unit.
