BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) - North Buffalo will soon have a Popeyes chicken.
The fast food restaurant is planning to build in the Elmwood Avenue plaza near Home Depot and Aldi.
The restaurant chain has filed paperwork with the city for permits for a restaurant which will include a drive up window.
Construction could begin soon if the proposal passes muster with the Planning Board. The Buffalo News reports the matter will come before the board on June 18.
