BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) - This weekend the public is welcome to see the transformation of the grounds of the Richardson Olmsted Complex.
Saturday the lawn to the historic complex at Forest and Elmwood Avenues will be open for a festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A number of bands including the Bar-Room Buzzards, the Albrights and the Nickel City Pimp Choir will be playing. There will also be face-painting and kite-flying. You’ll also be able to take a tour of the outside of the Richardson Complex.
The event will give the public a first impression of plans for the boutique hotel and architectural center.
