On the southern tier, Congressman Tom Reed spent all day on Tuesday and Wednesday holding "listening sessions," to hear questions and get the opinions of the voters in his district.

Congressman Brian Higgins is also against getting involved in Syria. He spoke out forcefully on Wednesday, during House hearings in Washington.
A spokesman for Congressman Chris Collins says Collins is still undecided, but has "serious concerns" about the President's plan.
