BELFAST, N.Y. (WIVB) - A crash between a tractor trailer and car on Rt. 19 in the Town of Belfast Tuesday morning claimed the life of the semi driver.

After leaving the east shoulder, police say the tractor trailer struck a tree, killing the semi driver, 60-year-old Ross Norris of Orillia, Ontario.
