A vehicle driven by Sarah Ulrich, 18, of Marilla was stopped at an intersection, waiting to turn onto Eastwood Rd. That's when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Jerry Roll, 59, of Cowlesville.

He was arrested for driving while ability impaired and was issued a ticket for following the teens car too closely.
After Roll refused to submit a chemical test for officials, he told deputies, "I don't want you to know about all the drugs in me."
