CAMBRIA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Three people were hurt when a car crashed into a house in Niagara County Thursday morning.
Two cars collided at the corner of Ridge and Plank Roads in Cambria, and one car then plowed into the house. Three people were injured, and one of the victims was flown to the hospital by Mercy Flight. News 4 does not have details on the victim’s condition, or the condition of the other two victims.
The homeowner says changes need to be made at the intersection because cars end up in her yard all the time.
"I wish they would put a light in this intersection to make people stop," Cheryl Taylor said. "Something needs to be done."
The car narrowly missed striking the gas meter. NYSEG came to make sure there was no leak.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
