BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A plan to bring commercial development to Delaware Avenue is going before the City Planning Board Tuesday morning.
The attached picture is a rendering of what Uniland Development Company wants to build along Delaware Avenue. The company wants to turn 250 Delaware, near Chippewa Street, into 200,000 square feet of office space, a 120-room hotel, restaurants, shopping and parking for 500 vehicles.
The planning board is meeting at 8:15 am. Tuesday at City Hall.
