BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Flames sparked in a car carrier on I-90 East Monday morning, causing major backups and closing a section of the Thruway.
The fire sparked near the Willimsville toll booths. After the blaze was extinguished, the Thruway was re-opened.
