BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Six western New York school districts are in the top 10 for districts’ cost effectiveness. The rankings by Business First are made from a 48-county region in upstate New York.
Lancaster, Clarence, Williamsville, Frontier, Iroquois and East Aurora are all in the top 10 for cost-effective schools. The rankings are made by matching academic scores against spending habits. The top districts are strong academically, yet frugal fiscally.
