NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - Niagara Falls Police are investigating a fatal shooting that killed a 37-year-old man.
When officials responded to a report of a shooting shortly before 5 a.m. Sunday, they found Joseph Medley, Sr. laying on the ground in front of his home.
Medley appeared to have suffered from a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
