ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Hundreds of BOCES students from Cattaraugus and Allegany counties packed the Holiday Valley tubing company on Wednesday.
It was part of the Winter Carnival with tubing, snow soccer and an obstacle course.
Chris McNell of BOCES said, "We have students who don't talk, who maybe are non-verbal, and we get them to tube. And when they come down the hill some of the pictures we capture with smiles and laughter is priceless."
