CENTERVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two Amish cousins are accused of separate counts of sexual misconduct involving a horse, on separate farms.
State Police said they charged 22-year-old Mahlon D. Miller, of Centerville, with misdemeanor sexual misconduct with an animal, after a complaint reported Friday afternoon that was stemming from an alleged incident two months ago.
Friday night, Miller's cousin 23-year-old Amos E. Girod, of Centerville, was also charged with sexual misconduct with an animal.
Police say the incidents took place on their respective family farms.
SPCA officials are trying to determine if they should remove horses from the farms.
