ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Bills Head Coach Doug Marrone announced at practice Wednesday that Quarterback EJ Manuel is expected back in four to six weeks, barring any setbacks.
"Am I disappointed? No," said Marrone. "I want to make sure he’s healthy when he comes back. Just because you say four to six, it could be four, it could be six, it could be three, it could be seven. I think that’s why you always get stuck. You always get asked that timeframe and for some reason everyone is always nervous about it."
Manuel was injured in a Thursday night game against the Cleveland Browns. Manuel sprained his knee on a third-down scramble midway through the third quarter.
