BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Former Buffalo Bills Defensive End and Linebacker Shawne Merriman was taken to a Los Angeles hospital Sunday night.
NFL.com is reporting that Merriman was transported to Cedars Sanai Medical Center for an undisclosed medical emergency.
The former NFL player reported via Twitter and to TMZ.com that he was simply dehydrated.
The hospital is not releasing any information regarding Merriman's condition.
