ORCHARD PARK, NY (WIVB) - The gruesome broken leg from last season is now behindhim. Now that Eric Wood is back on the field, the Bills youngoffensive line can begin to jell. Wood returned to practicefor the first time, taking part in drills as the Bills held OTAworkouts on Monday. Its the first time that Wood has done anyteam-related work since breaking his leg against the Jaguars inNovember of 2009.
Wood expects to be fully ready to practice when training campbegins in late July. He is a crucial piece to the Billsoffensive line, playing impressively as a rookie at rightguard. The Bills hope the inside trio of Wood, GeoffHangartner and Andy Levitre will be the base for improved play fromthe line.
